Wall of Voodoo was the New Wave group from Los Angeles best known for the 1983 hit "Mexican Radio."
A band originally consisted of Stan Ridgway (vocals), Marc Moreland (guitar), Bruce Moreland (bass), Chas T. Gray (keyboards), and Joe Nanini (percussion).
Fallowing their self-titled 1980 debut EP, which included the cover version of Johnny Cash's "Ring of Fire", in 1981 a band freed Dark Continent, an album caring largely by using work issues when experient first per immature male.
Bassist Bruce Morel& left, and a left over quatern members so recorded their right-known album, Call for of the West, which includes "Mexican Radio." Singer Ridgway so likewise left & was replaced by Andy Prieboy, and drummer Nanini by Ned Leukhardt.
Nanini died in December 4, 2000. Marc Moreland died in March 13, 2002.
